"Where am I trying to hit this ball?" 🎯
Hitting off a machine can get repetitive, but Mark Ossanna says the best way to stay locked in is to change your target on every single pitch.
Instead of just "making contact," force your brain to use External Cues. Right-handed hitter? Pick a spot in the top right corner of the batting cage and try to fire a line drive exactly through that square.
It trains your brain to hunt the right-center gap before you even step on the dirt. Consistency in the cage equals consistency at the dish! 🍽️
Tag a teammate who needs to try this at your next BP session! πŸ“²
